She currently serves on faculty at New England College and Kent State University. Dr. Jankowski will explore: Redefining the role of assessment practitioners when annual assessment reporting is completed by AI - how do we remain relevant when learning outcomes, curricular mapping, and reports can be completed by well-worded AI prompts? An author of numerous assessment books/articles, Dr. Natasha Jankowski regularly presents nationally and internationally on assessment of student learning processes and practices. Java Jams in AI provides a dedicated space for higher education assessment professionals in to engage in discussions about the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in assessment practices. A year-long, volunteer-driven community exploring AI in higher education assessment. It is a space for assessment practitioners, featuring independently organized sessions. We focus on the crucial role of practitioners and the integration of Language Models (LLMs) in campus-based assessments. The community depends on presentations from the field.
